Car manufacturers haven't even begun to make the changes that are supposed to accomplish that goal by 2025! If you find a non-electric, non-hybrid (ie affordable) car that gets 54 miles to the gallon, let me know!
- According to an HHS study last year, any gains made by children in Head Start programs largely disappear by third grade, disputing Obama's grand claims about the impact of pre-K programs. That's what public education will do to an advanced youngster.
